Join our regular Meditation and Contemplation Drop-in Sessions, led by Kabir Saxena ji, occasional guest teachers, or by an experienced student/volunteer.

There are various types of meditation in Tibetan Buddhism, and we practice a few of them in these drop-in sessions, with an emphasis on mindfulness and analytical meditation. We then discuss and contemplate on our topic for the day, followed by a Q&A (optional).

These sessions are suitable for beginners and experiencially advanced students as well.

Registration is not necessary, just drop-in. There will be a donation box at the back of the hall and we welcome any contribution you’d like to make.
